The Solution by Vigience Overcast
Thanks to pre-built Salesforce add-ons, the flexibility and the point-and-click ease of Vigience Overcast, Cutera has tied the various Salesforce products and SAP S/4HANA together into seamless process flows, spanning Quote-to-Cash, Field Service and Inventory Management processes. Quotes are configured and priced in Salesforce CPQ and sent to SAP via Overcast for fulfillment. Subscriptions and service contracts as well as work orders and trunk-stock inventory are also tightly integrated with SAP.
